We encourage our parishioners to consider dedicating their time and talent to serve the parish community. Please contact the parish office for more information regarding areas in which you may feel God’s calling.

Decorating Committee

Working throughout the year, the Decorating Committee uses the liturgical calendar as their palette to inspire the interior décor of our church. Any parishioner interested in helping to enhance the worship space (especially for the liturgical seasons of Advent, Christmas, Lent, and Easter) will be invited to help with setting up and putting away of the various liturgical decorations. Opportunities are posted in the bulletin throughout the year.

Landscaping

Our Landscaping Committee works hard on the grounds of our parish campus. It is always busy planning and improving our church’s terrain. Beautiful colors and picturesque landscaping hues welcome parishioners during each of the seasons.

Immaculata Women’s Group Committee

Women of all ages are brought together on a spiritual journey to grow in faith and to better understand and apply the teachings of the Church. Women share how their Catholic faith has impacted their lives amidst the challenges of today’s society. Following presentations, the group participates in discussions that conclude with prayer. The committee organizes service opportunities for the members as well as coordinating events with other parish organizations.

Stewardship

Our Stewardship Committee seeks to infuse the theology and practice of stewardship into the lives of the parish and help members of our parish to recognize all that we have is a pure gift of God. Members work to inform parishioners of the many opportunities to use their giftedness to build the Kingdom of God by sharing their time, talent and treasure. The committee seeks to instill a sense of hospitality, spirituality, and accountability in parish members through recommitment, outreach, and prayer.

Theology on the Vine Planning Committee

The role of this planning committee is to create an atmosphere for open discussion and social engagement. This group brings in speakers that discuss primary Theology-based topics. In existence since January 2015, the sessions have provided an outlet for learning more about our faith while enjoying some wine, cheese, and music provided by talented musicians from the Parish.

Welcoming Committee

This committee welcomes new members into the Parish family by presenting them with a “Welcome Bag” containing information on the various ministries, activities, and events of the Parish. Committee members will visit the new families to present the welcome bags and to provide any additional information that they may need. Additionally, they will meet and greet new members at Sunday Mass and welcome them to Parish events.
