Catechesis of the Good Shepherd

Catechesis of the Good Shepherd is another faith formation option for young children offered at Immaculate Conception. Working in a prepared environment called an atrium, children use simple materials to ponder the life of Jesus and His teachings, the Kingdom of God, the Mass, the liturgical year, and the sacraments. There are currently two levels available at Immaculate Conception.

  • Level I is intended for children ages 3-6 (prior to 1st grade)
  • Level II is intended for children in grades 1-4

There are three session options available for each level, and sessions are held on either Tuesdays, Thursdays or Saturdays. There will be an informational meeting/open house for parents interested in learning more about the program on Wednesday, August 31 at 6:30 p.m. in the administration building. For more information, please contact Stephanie Scavnicky.
